Whether it’s learning the basics of texting and WhatsApp, setting up video calls with family, or getting comfortable with email, I’ll walk you through everything step-by-step in plain English.I'm also here to help you with everyday online tasks - from managing emails and MyGovID, to online grocery shopping, bill payments, and keeping in touch with family on social media. I’ll show you how to organise and back up your photos and files so they’re easy to find and never lost. Together, we’ll go over how to spot scams, choose passwords that make sense, and stay protected from online fraud and fake content.With the rise of Artificial Intelligence, and as it becomes a bigger part of daily life, I’ll help you understand what it is, how it works, and how to recognise AI-generated content - so you can remain informed, secure, and in control.
